I’m Pamela, a product designer who solves complex design problems to build better experiences for people.

With over 20 years of experience in the design field, I’ve made a career out of solving complex problems. I’m a keen observer, focused on people, sourcing key details to improve lives and solve design problems. From package designs to websites, videos to exhibits, I’ve built it. My work spans the retail, healthcare, financial, start-up, non-profit, public service, and academic sectors.

My expertise in user experience and user interface design, orchestrates my deep dives in research uncovering strategic solutions to build accessible products, websites, apps, and interactive campaigns. I generate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes tailored to meet people’s needs. I help teams by identifying roadblocks and improving outcomes using qualitative and quantitative research informed by analytics and human-centered research to make good design decisions that are ethical and sustainable.

As a life-long learner, I push limits and test boundaries in the areas of design, interaction and AI. I like to expand design systems, bulk create and generate new accessible components. Connecting projects seamlessly with reusable assets using a variety of digital tools to build new design systems is one of my strengths. I love to create multimedia campaigns that are rich in storytelling, layered with branded touch points, and memorable interactions that delight people on a daily basis.

I am based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and in my free time, I am an avid kayaker, music listener, gardener and DIYer.
